Shipping Policy

At this time, Studio Forge Primordia only ships within Canada. We will expand our shipping zones eventually — thank you for your patience in the meantime.

Free Shipping

Enjoy free tracked shipping on any order of $75 or more (before taxes), anywhere in Canada.

Standard Letter (Single Cards)

For orders of single cards that fit in a standard envelope (approximately 24 cards or fewer, depending on weight), we offer a $3.50 shipping option. This method does not include tracking — it is sent as regular letter mail, as permitted by Canada Post for small, lightweight shipments. Your cards are protected with secure inner packaging.

Standard and Express

For larger orders (sealed products, figurines, accessories) or if you prefer a tracked shipment, two options are offered at checkout:

• Standard: $12.00
• Express: $20.00

Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 4 business days after successful payment. Orders containing pre-order products will be shipped on the official release date of those products. If you would like to receive items that are immediately available separately, please place a separate order or contact us before purchasing.

Liability

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen once handed over to the carrier, unless a tracked shipping method (Standard or Express) was selected.
