Refund Policy

You can return most new, unopened items sold and shipped by Studio Forge Primordia within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also cover return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error (incorrect item, defective, etc.).

Pre-orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable once production or the order has begun.

If you decide to cancel an order that has already shipped, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to the refund amount.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the situation and resolve it at no cost to you.

Single Cards

Due to the constantly fluctuating prices of single cards — Magic: The Gathering, Riftbound, Forge Primordia, and others — we do not accept any returns, cancellations, or refunds on cards sold individually. Orders for sealed products (boosters, boxes, displays) remain eligible for return as described above, provided the packaging has not been opened.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned: custom or made-to-order products (3D-printed figurines made on request, custom dice, special orders), gift cards, and clearance or final sale items.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item you want.

Refund Timeline

You should expect your refund within four weeks of handing your package over to the carrier. This timeframe includes the transit time for your return to reach us (5 to 10 business days), the processing time once received (3 to 5 business days), and the processing time of your financial institution. You will be notified by email once the refund has been issued.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period — European Union

If the merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags and original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.
